I called Air-Tech early in the morning (my A/C had given out the night before) assuming a wait, they were able to repair the A/C unit right-a-way. I asked if they could fix it later in the day due to my schedule - They were very accommodating, and there on time! He had it repaired in a timely manner and he even cleaned the unit area! Our customer rang us with a heating issue: they couldn't get their furnace pilot to light. We immediately dispatched one of our top HVAC technicians to address the problem. Nothing beats the satisfying moment when, after skillfully bleeding the gas line, that tiny blue flame flickered back to life! We then test fired the furnace, and, oh what a joy, it was performing perfectly! Yet another victory for our Air-Tech Heating & A/C crew. We recently got a call from a customer who was having trouble with the temperature sensor in their store cooler. So off we went, ready to lend a helping hand! Our talented technician rectified the issue by replacing the faulty sensor in the Endo cube and decided to place it in the supply area for faster temperature reading. And guess what? The cooler was back on track, maintaining the temperature efficiently when we re-checked it on multiple days. Now, the customer can have their employees restock the cooler without worries, knowing the temperature is steady. We're so grateful for the trust they have in us, thank you! 🙂

We recently helped a customer who had an issue with birds nesting in the exhaust pipe of their furnace, causing the furnace to malfunction. Upon arrival, we found the issue to be even more severe, with nests in both the fresh air intake and the exhaust pipes. We promptly got to work, thoroughly cleaning out all the bird nests and using CO2 to ensure all remaining debris was removed. Once cleaned, we fired up the furnace for a test run and it worked seamlessly! We're always glad to help tackle unexpected problems like this, turning a potential crisis into a well-running furnace. Our customer contacted us due to the buzzing sound their furnace was making — definitely a nuisance no one enjoys! We found the root of the issue was the contactor coil. By replacing the contactor, we stopped that pesky buzzing right in its tracks. We then made sure to carefully inspect all elements, giving them a good test run for good measure. Always better safe than sorry! Now, the heat is working smoothly - another satisfied customer to add to our list. Always happy to ensure a cozy, warm home with no more buzzing furnaces! The customer reached out to us concerned about a small gas leak on one of the connections to their furnace. We swiftly dispatched one of our seasoned HVAC technicians to evaluate the situation. It turns out the gas valve and the compression on the pilot tube needed replacing – no worries, we quickly got this sorted and parts were ordered. Utilizing a new gas valve, a 1/4 compression sleeve, and a 1/4 compression nut, our technician restored everything back to normal. He also took extra care to set the correct gas pressure and gave the furnace a test run to ensure continuity. Great news - the furnace is running like a champ now! Thank you for your business! 🙂

We were recently called in by a customer whose air conditioner was refusing to blow any cold air. After thoroughly examining the system, our trusty technician found it was dishearteningly low on refrigerant. The culprit? A sneaky leak hidden right in the middle of the condenser coil. But, no problem is too big or small for us – we quickly repaired the leak and refilled the system with a little bit of our very limited supply of R-22 refrigerant. After a successful test run of the air conditioner, we left the customer with a cool and comfortable home again. We're always happy to help and greatly appreciate their business! 🙂

We had a wonderful opportunity today. A client presented us with a request to install two new mini-split systems. Feeling the warmth and wanting to give them the comfort they deserve, it was our pleasure to provide them with the ideal solution. We swiftly installed two Bryant mini-split systems, specifically, a 40MCCAQ18XA3 wall unit and a Bryant 38MARBQ209AA3 heat pump. We didn't stop there, of course, checking the operation of the system to ensure everything's working perfectly. We had a great day meeting a need and providing a comfortable solution! Our handy team took a trip to Wright, WY, after a call about an underperforming ice bunker. We discovered the issue lay in the compressor and door gaskets, which were not in the best shape. So, we brought the ice bunker back to our shop for repair. Here, a new compressor was installed. We also ensured the system was properly evacuated and charged up with 2 lbs. of R-134a. Plus, we replaced a defective fan motor and filter drier. Delighted to report that another job has been successfully completed! We appreciate your business. 🙂

A customer reached out to us because their commercial freezer was giving them real problems - the thing wasn't getting cold enough. Not something you can ignore. So, we answered the call and headed over there. Upon arrival, we found that the freezer was hanging out at an unacceptable 9 degrees. We rolled up our sleeves and got to work! First, we inspected the condenser which - you guessed it - was plugged in the center. We cleared that up using our trusted CO2 to blow it out. We also checked all the fans and put the freezer through a test run. Would you believe it, the coil temperature dropped to a textbook -15 degrees. It was like the freezer had a new lease on life We appreciate the business! 🙂

A customer reached out recently to help improve the air circulation in a home that was having a bit of trouble with its basement bedrooms. Summer heat can be harsh and they wanted to make sure everyone stayed comfortable. So, we came in, assessed their needs and decided the best solution was to install return air transfer grills and sidewall registers to increase the air flow in their basement.The setup has greatly increased the airflow in those previously stuffy rooms and the customer is quite content.
